Recently, I started to do some exercise again. Mainly doing push-ups. The first 2 days really hurt cos it has been years since I really did any serious push-ups. I started with 10 push-ups times 4 reps the first day and suffered the consequences of pain for the next 3 days. Serves me right. Now, I can do 20 push-ups times 3 reps. Soon I will be able to do 30 push-ups times 3 reps. My target is to maintain at 30 push-ups times 3 reps, two times a day. Once I am able to do that, I will work on my ugly looking belly. Sit-ups will be just fine. My target will be 20 bicycle sit-ups times 2 reps, two times a day. It will take me months of training to get back in shape but its never too late to start. My target will be 6 months to get back in shape because there is no shortcut in life, with patience and constant training, will come perfection. Spend 2 hours a day on my workout and i will definately be back in shape in 6 months. Good Luck and Good Training to me. See ya in 6 months.
